This is part 1 in my short series of light-hearted videos about our spines and how to best use them so we can stay active and keep playing well into our old age. It uses some of the information gathered during my PhD research, but don't worry - it's easy to follow.
Thanks for sharing your well presented work with us. Best wishes for success in achieving the PhD (if you have not already done so). The video was exactly as you told us, light hearted and informative. Before I forget, welcome to JPF... and other than the hint about transforming the spine/body into a "guitar"... I would be interested in knowing more of your musical pursuits.
I'm probably the oldest person who frequents this site... and I have many of the conditions you discussed in your video. I am retired and now pursue song-writing and recording my work. I can relate to the penalty for not using good posture because I spend hours each day at my keyboard... and because of sciatica and tingling hands and fingers, fail to pursue exercise. (Had to give up golf and that was so dis-heartening.)

Ha ha - the username is a clue that I love Transformers. That, music, and human anatomy have long been my passions and now two of them are combined for my PhD. I only play for my own amusement these days. I used to do quite a lot of charity concerts but I can't even give my playing away for free these days! If you want to hear me play there are some videos of that on my channel.
