I was seriously considering selling up my studio equipment to just concentrate on photography. Remixing this track which I first recorded in February 2017 made me realize that there is nothing that can replace the buzz of creating music. https://soundcloud.com/gerry-cooper-855281238/until-then-fmBest, Gerry

Hi Gerry...that sounds like it would make a great cue for a movie/tv show. You might be able to submit it to Crucial, Pump or Taxi. Good luck with it.

Quality sound, and a relaxed, contemplative mood. I'm glad it had a deliberate ending rather than just fading away. You have skills!

My favourite "rana"! I listened to both versions and liked both, although I think the newer one "sounds" better. Your mix is so clear. Nice piece of work Gerry! Best -Mike
P.S. Please don't ever give up music, you're much too talented to even give that consideration!

Hi Gerry:
I'm doing a bit of "catching up" before leaving again. You don't post often or "play the praise-game" most of us have fallen in to... LOL! but the quality of your work is always there. I enjoyed your introductory statement and can certainly appreciate the "buzz factor" found in making music.
This one is delicious. Subdued orchestral intro leading to that wonderful guitar. Truly, a work of art done on a canvas that disappears instantly when the last note sounds. This one did not go away, like most. It leaves the listener wanting to hear "the rest of the story"... and that is a good thing. Enjoyed.

Lovely and lush. I agree with the TV/Film comments above. It's good that you're staying in the game.

You mention a canvas and I always think music is painting pictures using notes rather than colors. A very dear friend of mine gave me the best advice ever by saying that an instrumental has to take you there. There being somewhere and if it doesn't then forget it. LOL Sounds good to me. I can imagine the hot, lazy sunshine in this.
Thanks Vicarn glad you enjoyed it.

Gerry,
This is very nicely done and can’t add much to the accolades above, other than to say this was a relaxed Sunday afternoon listen. Very chill!
All the best,
Deej

As nearly everybody has alluded to...very cinematic.
Enjoyed it!

Very soothing and relaxing piece of music. Very dreamy. Loved the acoustic guitar, also really liked the percussion and ambient sounds. It definitely took me to another place.
