What a fine song and recording. Lovely arrangement, strong singing and the vocal harmonies are so sweet.

Nice chorus, well done M&M! (Seals and Croft vibe with those lovely vocals)
The last line in the third verse could possibly be improved, as it seems to imply there is no chance, yet it leads into the chorus, where the plea is for another chance.

Lovely song, both the lyric and the music, and a great production.
I think the offset rhymes on wishing/difference and dying/denying work very well.

But this line felt out of place:
No remorse in their actions,how it hurts my blue heart
The rest of the song appears to be him speaking to her - there is no "they" except on that one line. You may have a backstory in which that all makes sense, but if it's not part of the lyric, there's a good chance many folks wont understand it.

Scratched my head on that line also, until I realized, (I think) "their" is referring to the "darkness and light" from the previous line. Is that correct Michael?
