The "Some Other Russian" has to be Stalin. I was trying to think who else might have been omitted. One that came to mind is Idi Amin, the African Hitler.

I had a thought of who could be the 'other Russian' but he isn't there yet. So that would be an empty seat waiting for the righT RUMP to arrive. speaking of seats for future arrivals, I hear Satan is bringing in some extra chairs to make room for Moore. Of course sending someone from Alabama to Hell is sort of moot. Same temperature, but less humidity. ;-)
