Jes sayin'....You ol' JPFer faithful contributor!!! Thanks for dropping in as best you can, and tell Mr. Greg XOXOX from me!!! You are both such an inspiration to those who have been paying attention! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rqb0h2l8LgAnd no, this ain't my favorite song of yours....You and Greg wrote one together that you played as one man, one guitar...It made my eyes water and warmed my heart...I'll try to track it down...It was just you with a guitar singing a song that you two had written.. I'll try to track it down, but may take me a day or two....Please feel free to beat to me to it! Midnite

Hey Midnite Bob!!! Thanks for the shout out! :-) "All the Things" is one of my favorite co-writes for sure. Jody and I are working on another co-write right now. Not finished, but once we both find a day where I'm not so buckled down with stuff, we will finish it. COOL FACT: I was still in the Air Force, stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base, when Jody and I wrote "All the Things". Now, it's 13 years later.... Another COOL FACT: Jody did a music video for "All the Things" as well. You can watch that here: https://youtu.be/JxIg4iAHcngBy the way, your post made my day. :-)

Thank you Midnight B. Appreciate the shout out. I generally open a lot of my shows with that song The new one Greg and I are working on is for a great cause. Just waiting on Greg to get some time together to put the final touches on where it needs to be. Then I'll polish it to perfection.

Bob:
I agree with your selection of Jody and Greg's song. One man, one guitar... and a performance that borders on great. These two have "hung around" at JPF for ages as they struggle with the mystery of creating and making music. I certainly appreciate their contributions and participation here. Brian has to be proud.
I'm hoping real success will overtake them and bestow all the good things... while keeping them grounded in what really matters in our brief stay on planet earth.
Thanks for sharing the video.

Ironically they both have a lot in common when it comes to their relationship with me. First they ignored me, then later they agreed with me, then they combined the viewpoints with certain universal truths as well as what they bring to the table themselves and have found their way using the best of both. So I am happy for them as I am about anyone who gets back from making music commensurate with what they put in. If only we could all be that fortunate!
