This is a song on my Album-- A Lady, Her Guitar and a Dream.
Forgive Me Too © 2017 Schantell Wharton
V 1 I trusted someone who betrayed that trust I told them how I felt about you I don’t know why I did what I did They ran straight to you with words untrue And that not only hurt you but me too Now you’re not in a place to hear what is have to say If I could take back the words I would give you your heart back And we would not be in pain Just forgive me too
Ch Saying I am sorry is not enough But what else can I do Can’t we just put this behind us Step into a better place I have to forgive myself Hoping that you will forgive me too.
V2 I hate drama and emotional meltdowns Let’s sit down like two adults And talk the solution out I admit I was wrong I should have come directly to you Now there’s so much pain in my heart I learned my lesson Consider who you trust Peace is a precious gift Let this relationship just grow and mature. Hoping that you will forgive me too. I’m asking-- Just forgive me too
Ch Saying I am sorry is not enough But what else can I do Can’t we just put this behind us Step into a better place I have to forgive myself Hoping that you will forgive me too.--fades 2x out

I'm wondering where you recorded your album. Did you record it in Indiana or did you come to Nashville? I recorded with a guy in New Albany in the late 90s.

"If one man can do it, any man can do it. It is true. But the real question is, if one man did it, are you willing to do what it takes to do it as well?" –Brian Austin Whitney
