I wrote this for the music libraries I submit to (the Audiosparx family) a couple years back, going for an "American Horror Story" kind of feel; something that might work over opening credits, and since Halloween is coming up, I thought I'd share. All comments are welcome, thanks. https://soundcloud.com/michael-zaneski/the-percs-of-being-alone-in-the-dark/s-AipZY

Takes talent to get others to feel what you want them to feel without a lyric. JLS does it well too. Nice one.

Why'd you hafta do that to us just before Halloween? Gee whiz that creates some emotions... like "run before it grabs us!"
Nice work, Mr. Z.

Mike, you and John Schick have this creep thing down, but in a good way. It delivers just what you said it would. You can almost taste the underlying tension. Nice! Ricki

Chillingly cool Mike! Production is spatially perfect. Very suitable for "American Horror Story". Try Crucial Music: https://www.crucialmusic.com/ they have connections with the AHS producers. Best, John

Hi Calvin, Vic, Dave, Michael L, Iggy2, Travis, Ricki, and John, Thank you all for listening and I'm glad it gave you a shiver or two. Ricki, I think "Creep Thing Down" will be the name of my new Goth cover band..that I plan on forming in five or six years, when I turn senior. There's just something about singing "Bela Lugosi's Dead" when I'm 63 that just sounds too good to pass up John, thanks for the info. I am bad at following up on my library entries, thanks for the push. Thanks again all!! Mike

Yikes! I'm glad I've listened to this while it's still daylight! A tight arrangement, chock-a-block full of tension and intrigue. Cool for sure. Can definitely hear it in an AHS series, Mike. Donna
