Through many rough years, though the Syndersville Diner lives on... I've probably had a couple thousand meals here. You could say it made me what I am today. I used to stop in here after my gigs in the middle of the night. Two rugged mountain men eating soup:Four Rugged mountain boys and their wheels:How the diner looked when I was a rugged mountain boy:

Looks like a nice, "homey" place And still operating--so many small places havze been done in by the move to the city and more and faster transportation. To survive these days they about have to offer something special.

Humm, Well, Looks like I see a 56 or 58 Olds, maybe a 56 Dodge, a 58 Chevy and a 51 Chevy or a 54 Pontiac. Yep, those were the good old days. Good Gawd, Marc will say, do I know any cars that are still among the living! Great Photo's.

I would like a gluten-free vegan burger on Ezekiel bread with kale and organic tofu, a side of quinoa and an eggnog latte, please.

If you ordered that at Syndersville Diner Colin, they'd wonder what planet you came from. John
