It took ages that MotorPlanet have published their very first CD. I've written lyrics for them since about 12 years. But they've actually earned me a little reward over time through their live performances. Now it is there, their long-announced CD. You can listen to snippets: http://www.motorplanet-rock.de/html/horproben.htmlIt is not distributed over the official channels, though, like Hot Mama's CD (my other 'success story'), yet can be ordered via their web site: http://www.motorplanet-rock.de/html/shop.html

LOL Well, the smaller the change the louder the noise the register makes. But it's cool to have a physical object on the shelf to be proud of.
As for royalties, they come from live performances rather than CDs. MotorPlanet's CD will mean 30 Euro (31 Dollars) for me, payable next July. That's it. Their - mostly free - concerts earn me about 100 Euros per year. Not that much either, yet a steady acknowledgement of my contribution as long as they're fit to perform.
Thank you guys for listening. That they are playing 'my' music - the music that I love the most - using my words is the most important reward.
I wish you guys a great, creative, and productice year 2016.
Bernd
