We finished a song for a client recently and just found out that he is actually one of our fellow members here on JPF. It's kind of a rocky tune. It's the third song down called "Unimaginable". Have a listen at www.songcat.biz/references.html

A great job all round.
I especially like the intensity as the song moves along

I listened to Kevin's song as well... and was impressed with the entire package. Nice work, really good writing and a super result. Congratulations all 'round.

I loved this song. I got a Linkin Park kinda vibe with this. I noticed the level chart on the player and how there were ups and downs in all the right places. Excellent production.

Hey Songcat,
The musicianship and overall feel of the song is very good, but I feel this song is on digital overload.
As an effect, it works well in the beginning, but to my ears there are simply too many effects going on which is producing a heck of a lot of digital artefact.
Less is more approach may work better ?
cheers, niteshift

Nice Job all around. IF I had two nickels to rub together maybe I'd give you some work....!
I'm just SO Cynical these days where I just Lost ANY Faith in Great Recordings helping me to anywhere but the poor house. Keep up the great work and hope you make a million. B

Thanks for the listen and comment, Barry. I hear you about having lost faith. Writing songs is an expensive hobby until you make a break which might or might not ever happen. I would also think twice before hiring someone for $199 (well, for you guys here $159) to demo a song. Also thanks for hoping we'll make a million :-) It's not the goal and keep doing what we are currently able to do would already be more than enough to ask for!
