That is pretty hard to beat, but there some other very cool ones. Vanilla Fudge used to have some very cool stuff using the B3. Their version of You Keep Me Hanging in On was one I always loved for the B3.

Gimme Some Loving is right up there, love that organ riff played by Little Stevie Winwood.
I also love anything with Rod Argent at the keys, like the Zombie's "She's Not There" or Argent's "Hold Your Head Up".

"Whiter Shade of Pale" is really hard to beat. However, there is one that I really, really, really love. And the organ part totally makes it: Brinsley Schwarz - "Surrender to the Rhythm"Bob Andrews is an incredibly underrated keys player. One of my favorites.

Any Song with Bruce Springsteen and the E street band. They used b3 more than any rock band I know of. But this particular solo always gets me jumpin. Great Song too solo around 1:30 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQSn26zCXYQ
