Our First New Hampshire Show  We always like meeting new folks  including our friend from the Dom.Republic

Linda got an interesting salad topped off with an actual stick... I mean a REAL stick in her salad.. where's Eule Gibbon's?  Our first ever New Hampshire Showcase. This will be a great place next trip as well when we fill it up!  He did it all.. including requests!

Linda with the Night Vision Goggle looking for critters in the dark White Mountain woods  We saw this sign and laughed...  But they weren't kidding.. late at night during our first drive through the White Mountains, we nearly hit an enormous Moose. We stopped and he was in no hurry to get out of the way. His head must have reached 8 feet or more. He was large and in charge and we waited til he decided to move on. Very cool!

Here we are on the very peak of the tallest mountain in the Northeast at an elevation of over 6,200 feet at the Mt. Washington Summit. It was COLD up there!! I mean REAL COLD!  This train was cool and has the steepest grade in the world getting up and down the mountain.  The roads were narrow and tricky and threatening.. but we surived it..

The Scenery was breathtaking...  as was the driving up the mountain  you could see for miles and miles..

Teepee Mountain.. I named it..  Vermont was full of picturesque spots and places...  It was a nice 75 degrees or so at the base of the mountain. Of course at the top it was 17 and snowing! On July 7th no less!

The Wind was ferocious at the top!  The Flume Gorge in NH  Jefferson DID sleep here!

My only picture with a moose on the trip. This one hailed in Vermont  The Famous Indian Head in the Mt  At the base of the Indian Head...

Bear Cave at the Flume  Nature adapts and survives. This tree is a perfect example. No dirt for your roots? Go out and find it. I am sure there is a lesson there.  Lots of waterfalls...

Linda Lost her shoe...  much to her chagrin...  ah.. there it is in the ravine...

Ever feel like you have the weight of the world on your head?  Yeah.. it's a cheesy pose..  This was an opening in the middle of a forest in the Flume. Nice view!

I wanted to bring this rock home to my friend Mark.. I really tried.. but I just couldn't get it to budge...  Okay.. so after taking over 10K pics on the trip, I was getting a bit artsy...  The Old Man in the Mountain in New Hampshire.. very cool!!!
