Our first ever New Hampshire Showcase. This will be a great
place next trip as well when we fill it up! |

We saw this sign and laughed... |
But they weren't kidding.. late at night during our first
drive through the White Mountains, we nearly hit an enormous
Moose. We stopped and he was in no hurry to get out of the way.
His head must have reached 8 feet or more. He was large and in
charge and we waited til he decided to move on. Very cool! |

Here we are on the very peak of the tallest mountain in
the Northeast at an elevation of over 6,200 feet at the Mt. Washington
Summit. It was COLD up there!! I mean REAL COLD! |
This train was cool and has the steepest grade in the world
getting up and down the mountain. |
The roads were narrow and tricky and threatening.. but
we surived it.. |

It was a nice 75 degrees or so at the base of the mountain.
Of course at the top it was 17 and snowing! On July 7th no less! |
